Cancellation policy
Should a client feel the need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. In the event a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, the client will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the session.
However, exceptions may be considered in situations involving unexpected illness or emergency. It is incumbent upon the client to request this exception at the time of issuing the late cancellation notice.
