Your body tightly grasps beliefs you didn’t even know you had.
Beliefs that come from the unique experiences that make you who you are today. You hold these beliefs, and even ingrained memories, in your organs and tissues.
Moving through these experiences helps you not only rewrite your entrenched beliefs, but helps you release those stuck emotions and experiences from your body.
Your mind and body impact one another in ways that western science is only beginning to recognize.
For thousands of years somatic approaches have been fundamental in eastern medicine.
These mind-body modalities are the missing piece to improving our mental, physical, and spiritual health.
The mind and body both have power over each other and through the somatic approaches we are able to quiet an over active mind.
So when you have underlying beliefs (I’m not good enough, I’m destined to fail, it doesn’t matter how hard I try, etc), your body reacts physically to protect you.
You need to know that you are worthy of love and that you are accepted as you are in this moment. This is simply an opportunity for growth and understanding.

Most of these beliefs you may not have realized you have. So, we will take time to identify and name these beliefs before moving forward.
